DATTA Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DMIHER-DU), Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha significantly improved its performance in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023 rankings. The recent NIRF 2023 rankings has fetched DMIHER-DU 75th position in ‘Overall’ category and 39th position in ‘University’ category out of 2,478 participating higher education institutions (HEIs) across the country, a significant leap of 17 and 15 positions, respectively, as compared to NIRF 2022 rankings.

This was revealed by Pro Chancellor of DMIHER-DU Dr Vedprakash Mishra while speaking at a press conference on Thursday. Chancellor of DMIHER-DU Datta Meghe, Vice Chancellor Dr Lalitbhushan Waghmare, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr Gaurav Mishra, Registrar Dr Sweta Pisulkar, Director IQAC Dr Tripti Waghmare, Nodal Officer NIRF Dr Pawan Bajaj and others were present.
