The Centre for Corporate Law and Governance, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur in collaboration of Competition Commission of India (CCI) organised the ‘Competition Advocacy Programme on Competition Law: Emerging Issues and Challenges’. Rajinder Kumar, Director, Competition Commission of India (Western Region Office, Mumbai) interacted with the students, faculty members and the centre heads. Rajinder Kumar has categorically highlighted the pertinent areas for the competition advocacy.
Prof. (Dr) Himanshu Pandey, Professor of Law and Head Centre for Corporate Law and Governance has expressed gratitude for the opportunity and support of the Competition Commission of India for organising the event at Campus of MNLU, Nagpur. Dr Ashish Dixit, Registrar, Dr Ragini Prafulla Khubalkar, Associate Professor of Law, Prof. Mayur Suhas Garud, Assistant Professor and others were present on the occasion.
