Sudarshan Shende, Director of Vithoba Healthcare and Research Pvt. Ltd, while addressing the session organised here by Vidarbha Management Association (VMA) on Sunday said that one should stand firm even during the times of struggle and never let go of supporters. “Stay connected with them in one or other way. Connect with your customers by using technology smartly in today’s social media era,” he said. This session was organised exclusively to share the story of his professional journey under the ‘My Story’ segment. Sudarshan Shende further said that Vithoba Dant Manjan, which started from a small kitchen, has now expanded to 11 States across the country. Vithoba Dantmanjan has established its position by insisting that if the toothpaste produced in Nepal can be sold in the villages of India, then why can’t Dantmanjan produced in Nagpur do the same? Vithoba’s reach expanded to 1,000 distributors and 1.10 lakh retailers across the country today, he added. “Many people opposed our idea back in 1999, when the idea was conceived in a small place at Jaagnath Budhvari.
