Nagpur Nagarik Sahakari Bank (NNSB), one of the oldest and leading co-operative banks of the region, felicitated General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Uttar Maharashtra and Gujarat Sub Area Major General Sanjay Kumar Vidyarthi, AVSM, SM, on Monday. Ahead of Kranti Din falling on 9 August, Sanjay Bhende, President of the bank, and Sanjay Potnis, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, met the General Officer Commanding at his office at Sitabuldi in the city.

 

The bank felicitated Major General Sanjay Kumar Vidyarthi for his contribution to the Indian Army and dedicated service for more than 35 years. On the occasion, Major General shared some of the incidents of his career with the visitors. He also praised the efforts of NNSB in the banking sector and accepted Bhende’s invitation to visit the bank. Rajesh Edlabadkar, Assistant General Manager of the bank, was also present on the occasion.
