The 29th annual general meeting (AGM) of The Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-operative Society Limited was held at Amrut Bhawan, North Ambazari Road in the city on Sunday in presence of a large number of members of the society. At the outset, Director of the society Anagha Vivek Vaidya gave the report for the last financial year. President of the Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-operative Society Limited Nilima Kishor Bawane highlighted that the society has posted a business mix of Rs 1,995 crore in the fiscal and profit of Rs 6.64 crore. She also announced the dividend of 8.50 per cent to the members of the society. She also said that the society is offering additional interest of 0.25 per cent to senior citizens above 75 years of age to mark the Amrut Mahotsav.

 

Sarika Pendse, presented the agenda before the AGM which was accepted by all. The society also felicitated meritorious students who scored above 90 per cent marks in 10th and 12th standards. Anagha Muley, Director of the society, proposed the formal vote of thanks while Anagha Vidya, Vrunda Shende, Deepali Ghonge and others were also present.
