While addressing the Youth Wing Members at 2nd Regional Youth Meet held at Hotel Centre Point recently, Er. Pramod Khairnar Patil, President, CREDAI-Maharashtra, said business ethics and self discipline are must for the young entrepreneurs to become successful. The meet was inaugurated at the hands of Er. Pramod Khairnar Patil, Santdas Chawla, Prashant Sarode, both Past Presidents, CREDAI-Maharashtra, Dinesh Dhage, Joint Secretary, CREDAI - Maharashtra, Gaurav Agarwala, President, CREDAI, Nagpur, Sanket Tupe, Youth Wing Convener, and others. Kunal Duddalwar, Co-ordinator, CYW, Nagpur proposed the formal vote of thanks at the inaugural session. Ujjwala Satish Haware, Chairperson, Haware Engineers and Builders Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai guided the participants on redevelopment, affordable housing and women entrepreneurship while Aditya Javdekar, CEO, VJ (Vilas Javdekar) Group, Pune gave tips on scaling the real estate business and common mistakes done along the way.
 
In addition, CA. Mayur Zanwar, spoke on tax planning for Young Real Estate Developers. The participants appreciated the learning sessions and expressed their gratitude with standing ovation. More than 125 young entrepreneurs from various cities of Maharashtra attended the meet. Ashwin Dabhade, CYW Co-ordinator Amravati, expressed vote of thanks at the end. Youth team including Shubham Kulkarni, Prathmesh Dargan, Sudeep Pethe and Shreyas Nair, along with Women Wing Ar. Kanchan Bambal, Apoorva Sirsikar and Aditi Sirsikar worked hard for the success of the event.
