DINANATH High School thrashed St Vincent Pallotti School to clinch the District Sports Office organised inter-school Under-17 hockey title. The tournament was organised at St Mary’s School ground. Dinanath claimed the title with a 3-1 verdict. Deen Pratap Singh put Dinanath ahead in the 16th minute of play. Sarthak Wankhede then doubled the lead in 32nd and Deen Pratap added another to his kitty in the 42nd to make it 3-0.

 

Asmit scored the consolation goal for St Vincent Pallotti in the 56th minute of play. Members of the management of Bengali Education Society, Administrator Tripti Ghosh, Principal, Alok Kumar Sinha, AHM, Dipanwita Ganguly, and teaching and non teaching staff members congratulated the entire hockey team.
