Bhopal Metro safety trial run successful

 

 

The residents got a glimpse of city’s first Metro on the tracks on Tuesday. The first safety trial run of the train attracted the crowd that could be seen recording videos in their phones. The safety trial run started on Tuesday between Subhash Nagar Depot and Rani Kamalapati Station. The train took three rounds between Subhash Nagar and Rani Kamalapati stations covering on the day.

 

Notably, the safety trial run was done before the actual trial run which will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The three coaches of the Metro train reached Bhopal from Gujarat over a week ago. Earlier, on Monday the train took two rounds on the test-track at Subhash Nagar Depot. The testing was successful and thus the safety trial run was conducted on Tuesday. The Metro passed through Maida Mill, MP Nagar to reach Rani Kamalapati Station.
