In yet another incident, an employee was injured due to a spark in a detonator at Filling-9 Section of Ordnance Factory Khamaria, on Sunday. The injured has been identified as Amit Kanogia (35), posted as danger building employee. The incident took place when Amit Kanogia was busy in filling of ammunition at Filling-9 Section when spark occurred in detonator and he sustained injury on figure of his left hand. Learning about the incident, other employees reached the spot and rushed the injured at OFK Hospital where he was given primary treatment and referred at private hospital for further treatment. Condition of injured is reported to be table undergoing treatment at the hospital. Receiving the information, senior administrative officers reached the spot of incident and sought information about the incident. Taking a serious note into the case, an inquiry committee has been constituted for further investigation to ascertain reason behind the incident.
