Gun for Glory Shooting Academy Jabalpur’s shooters excelled in the Group-B selection trials for Indian team held in Bhopal recently. Total 16 women shooters of GFG Jabalpur participated in the selection trial 1 and 2. In trial-2, Gautami Bhanot exhibited her remarkable performance and scored highest 633.7 points and topped tally of youth, junior and senior categories. These shooters had qualified for India trials on the basis of their outstanding performances in 66th National Shooting Competition.

 

Women shooters who participated in India trials include Asmi Paliya, Saurashmi Guha, Gautami Bhanot, Aishwarya Saini, Khushi Yadav, Smera Rajput, Samruddhi Varpe, Anshika Patel, Apoorva Gidronia, Aanchal Sonkar, Khushi Chaterjee, Astha Verma, Kanak Jaiswal, Sagarika Nike and Navya Gupta. All these shooters are being trained under the guidance of senior coach Nishant Nathwani and Assistant Coach, Shakti Chakrawarty.
