Weather system once again took a turn in Madhya Pradesh with clear sky and temperature around normal mark. Especially, Bhopal and Indore has clear weather with bright sunshine during the day hours. Gwalior has recorded 5.7 degree rise in temperature and settled above 25 degree Celsius. Cities having extreme cold conditions including Naugaon, Khajuraho, Tikamgarh have also recorded rise in temperature by a few notches. On Sunday, droplets were seen in Dindori, Balaghat, Mandla and Seoni. Gwalior, Rewa and 14 other cities saw dense to medium fog on Sunday morning.

 

Activity based on western disturbance already began on January 25 and its impact on weather is visible from January 27. Some of the cities saw partial clouds during day hours due to which temperature has increased. Night temperature has also seen marginal rise. Minimum temperature in Bhopal was recorded at 10.4 degree Celsius, Indore 11.9 degree Celsius, Gwalior 9.2 degree Celsius, Jabalpur 9.4 degree Celsius and Ujjain 10.0 degree Celsius. Maximum temperature in Bhopal was recorded at 25.8 degree Celsius, Gwalior 25.3 degree Celsius, Indore 26.8 degree Celsius, Ujjain 27.2 degree Celsius and Jabalpur 24.5 degree Celsius. Indian Meteorology Department has released five days rainfall forecast for five districts including Gwalior, Datia, Bhind, Morena, Rewa, Mauganj and Satna.
