MOHAN Mate, MLA, South Nagpur and Dayashankar Tiwari, former Mayor, Nagpur inaugurated the Great Bombay Circus on Saturday at Reshimbagh Ground in the city. Three shows of the circus per day have started with this inauguration. The daily show times are:- 1 PM, 4 PM, and 7 PM. Also there will be special shows on holidays.
Giving more importance to safety, entire tent is made fire resistant and waterproof.
The circus offers a fusion of spectacular and daring acrobatic acts, sizzling performance by glamourous artists and joker’s performance.
The Great Bombay Circus used to exhibit exotic animals including sea lions, gorillas, lama, black panther, and hippopotamus during its heydays. Established in 1920 by Baburao Kadam, the Great
Bombay Circus is one of the oldest circuses in India and it has several records in its name
of doing a lot of things for the first time in India.
