MOIL shock Rahul SSA 2-1

 

MANGANESE Ore India Limited (MOIL) shocked last year’s runners-up Rahul Sankrutyayan Sports Association by two goals to one in the JSW-NDFA Elite Division Football Tournament at Dr Ambedkar Stadium in Suyog Nagar on Tuesday. Parmanand Dhurve scored the opener in the 5th minute of play but Rahul bounced back scoring the leveller in the 24th through Sahil Meshram’s goal. However, MOIL’s Amit Thakur bulged the net in the 57th minute to put his side ahead again. In Senior Division, IFFC Chankapur edged past Mecosabagh Football Club 1-0. The winner was scored by Noel Bansod in the 26th minute of play.
