DR SACHIN Khandekar and Dr Arvind Joshi from Nagpur clinched the men’s doubles 55+ age group badminton title at the IMA National Doctors Olympics held in Aurangabad.
 
The event, organised at Divisional Sports Complex, witnessed participation from 165 teams in the badminton category. The competition, an annual multi-sport event conducted by different branches of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), brings together doctors from across the country to compete in various sports. Besides badminton, the event featured other sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, lawn tennis, athletics, swimming, chess, and carrom. The IMA National Doctors Olympics aims to encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness among medical professionals.
