International flights from Bhopal soon, says CM Yadav
Good news awaits the citizens of Bhopal from the visit of Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav in London. While interacting with the representatives of Friends of MP Chapter on the last day of his visit to London during his foreign stay and met the group members and encouraged them to invest in Madhya Pradesh. A proposal was put before Chief Minister Dr Yadav to build an IT hub in Bhopal and start international air service.
In a meeting with Chief Minister Dr Yadav, Abid Farooqui, founder of Air Connectivity for Bhopal Development (AFBD) Group, an organisation working for the development and
air connectivity of Bhopal, put forward his proposal regarding IT company start-up in Bhopal. He said that in Bhopal, campus placements will be provided to fresh engineering graduates along with employment, skill and advance development training in the IT sector.
Chief Minister Dr Yadav assured that positive efforts will be made in this direction. Abid Farooqui said that there has been a demand to start international flights from Bhopal for a long time. He also informed that all the preparations for starting international flights from Bhopal are in the final stage. “Bhopal city will soon get the gift of international flights,” he said.
Earlier, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav held a one-on-one meeting with leading industrialists of London and discussed the investment possibilities to increase investment in Madhya Pradesh.
He had sector-focused round-table meetings and held detailed discussions regarding investment. Chief Minister Dr Yadav carefully listened to the projects and requirements of each investor in the one-on-one meetings and assured better opportunities and policy support for investment in Madhya Pradesh.
The round-table discussions included detailed discussions with experts and government officials on key areas such as electric vehicles, renewable
energy, education and food
processing.
Chief Minister Dr Yadav met representatives of companies like the Indorama Group, SRAM & MRAM Group, Cyanconnode, Hybrid Air Vehicles Limited, Clinisupplies, Aurora Energy Research, Elsevier, WeDeliver, Capro, Wavesight, The Montcalm Luxury Hotels, Phyla Earth, Ampergia Limited, Ayana Consulting, Pangaea Data Ltd., Invergy, BEM Group Ltd., DAX FIRST, Ransat Group, Cogo Ecotech Solutions, Empathy AI, Money for Business Limited, DAM Healthcare Limited and Helion. In the meeting, detailed discussions were held on accelerating industrial development and opportunities for possible co-operation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed the investors about the favourable business environment in Madhya Pradesh and the facilities available for investment.
Chief Minister Dr Yadav participated in round-table discussions focused on various sectors. Important areas like electric vehicles (EVs), automobiles and renewable energy, education and food processing were discussed in these discussions.
