Two basketball players from Nagpur have been selected in the Maharashtra teams that will participate in youth national basketball championship scheduled to begin in Kolkata from November 29. Nagpur District Basketball Association (NDBA) successfully organised the preparatory camp for U-16 boys and girls teams. Tejas Talmale of Gurudeo Nagar Krida Mandal (GKM) was selected in the boys while Anandi Sonewane of Dharampeth Krida Mandal (DKM) will be representing the girls team in nationals. Dhiraj Kadao of DKM has been named as the head coach of the girls' team.
