Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Tuesday attended the ongoing ‘Swadeshi Mela’ at Balaghat. While addressing the gathering, CM Dr Yadav said that, “Swadeshi Mela was started in year 1999 from Mumbai. Now the Prime Minister is promoting ‘Start Up’, the talents working in small and medium scale industries are getting platform to show their skill. Earlier they were being subjected to harassment and their talent was being wasted.” CM Dr Yadav said that, “till a few years back, people were forgetting indigenous products. Now Swadeshi Jagran Manch is working on promoting swadeshi products. In this Swadeshi Mela along with trade, business, India’s culture is also being promoted.” CM urged youths to become self reliant and give job to others. India is becoming fifth biggest economy of world. India has received her pride under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Through Regional Conclave, big industries are coming to Madhya Pradesh.
 
Through five Regional Conclaves held at Rewa, Jabalpur, Sagar, Gwalior and Ujjain, investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crores has been received. Those setting up readymade garment factory would be given incentive for the next ten years. He informed at MP is on path of progress, now the State has 17 Government and 13 Private Medical Colleges. Now Health, Education and Health Department has been merged. Rashtriya Swamsewak Sangh Sarkaryawah Bhaiyaji Joshi said that Swadeshi Mela would give a new direction to all as people would be motivated to accept swadeshi products. He advised people to take pledge to make nation self reliant and by using products made in their own country. He further stated that India is making rapid progress in the field of communication, education, health, industry. Now India is on the path to become World Guru. Further, CM Dr Yadav handed over ‘Offer Letters’ to youths selected by various companies during this Fair. District Incharge Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh, Animal Husbandary Minister Lakhan Patel, MP Bharti Pardhi, District BJP President Ramkishore Kanwre, were and other dignitaries were present.
