Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) has unveiled Toilet Seva App that would enable commuters over Nagpur Metro to locate the toilet at metro stations. Also Maha Metro is also launching Swachh Toilet drive to ensure that they are upto mark. The mobile app is developed by Amol Bhange, IT Engineer based in United States. Since there is continuous rise in use of on-line media, it was thought of release the mobile app as same would help men, women, elderly persons and Divyang to easily locate the toilet.

 

The layout of metro station can be confusing at times as the area is spread over big space and hence during such occasion the Toilet Seva App would come handy. Similarly in case the travellers notice any shortcoming at the toilets then they can also lodge complaint as to non working of water taps, general cleanliness, problem in case any of basin and taps on the app itself. Post lodging the complaint it would be forwarded to agency tasked with maintenance and operations of the toilets at metro stations. Similarly the complainant will also get intimation of the receipt.
