IDCPE men clinch RTMNU football title

 

Ishwar Deshmukh College of Physical Education (IDCPE) defeated SS Maniar College to clinch the inter-college men’s football title organised by RTMNU at Seth Kesarimal Porwal College, Kamptee. In the final IDCPE beat Maniar college 4-2 via tie breaker after playing a goalless draw. IDCPE college goalkeeper Toppo played well through out the match and he saved two crucial shot in the tie-breaker.

 

For IDCPE, Istekar, Dhiraj, Rishabh, and Priyansh scored while for Maniyar College, Moiz and Zidan scored. Prof Dr Vinay Chavan, Principal, SK Porwal College was the chief guest. Dr Sharda Naidu, Principal, IDCPE College, Prof Dr Prashant Bambal, Dr Sudip Mondal, Shailesh Ramteke, Mahesh Irpate were also present. Dr Indrajit Basu was the Teacher Incharge for the tournament. Ibrahim Khan, Fahim Akthar, Mohd Umar, Amir Hamza were the officials.
