Weather in Madhya Pradesh would change for next four days. While some parts of State will be recording light rainfall along with thunder and lightning, other parts will be getting high velocity wind. On Saturday, Betul, Chhindwara, Seoni, Balaghat and nearby areas saw drizzling. Weather Department forecast rainfall in many districts including Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa and Narmadapuram till February 13. On February 9 night, minimum temperature remained below 10 degrees Celsius in many cities. Datia recorded the coldest night with minimum temperature as 4.5 degrees Celsius. Highest minimum temperature was recorded in Narmadapuram as 13.4 degrees Celsius. It was cold day in dozens of cities on February 9 and 10. Pachmarhi saw day temperature as 23.2 degrees Celsius.
 
Gwalior, Jabalpur and other 15 cities recorded day temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. After Pachmarhi, Khajuraho, Naugaon, Sidhi remained the coldest city. Northern wind is giving tough time in these cities. Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) said that on Saturday- Sunday night wind would be changing its direction towards east. Moisture will be coming from Bay of Bengal due to which Betul, Chhindwara, Seoni, Balaghat and nearby areas will be recording drizzling. IMD has forecast light to medium rainfall in Jabalpur, Narmadapuram divisions on February 11. Narsinghpur, Betul, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla and Balaghat will be recording thunder, lightning and speedy wind. On February 12, eastern-northern part of country will be recording rainfall. Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur and Shahdol division, Vidisha, Narmadapuram, Betul and Raisen will be recording drizzling. On February 13, Jabalpur, Shahdol and few other areas will be recording droplets. Minimum temperature in Bhopal was recorded as 11.1 degrees Celsius, Indore 13.1 degrees Celsius, Gwlaior 6.2 degrees Celsius, Jabalpur 10.2 degrees Celsius and Ujjain 11.5 degrees Celsius.
