The ‘Dare Devils’ team of Corps of Signals continuing with their tradition of shattering and setting new World Records, once again successfully created a new World Record at Cobra Ground, 2 Technical Training Regiment, 1 Signal Training Centre, Jabalpur on Thursday. The extraordinarily thrilling feat was performed in front of military dignitaries which included Lieutenant General MU Nair, Senior Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals, Lieutenant General Manjit Kumar, Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals & Chief of Staff, Southern Command, Lieutenant General KH Gawas, Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals & Commandant, MCTE (Mhow), Lt Gen Kunwar Vinod Kumar, Signal Officer-in-Chief, Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals and Brigadier Rahul Mallik Commandant, HQ 1 Signal Training Centre.
World Record of Breaking of Max Tubelights (500) in Single Ramp Assisted Jump on a Royal Enfield 350CC Motor Cycle on February 15, 2024. Havaldar Durgesh Kumar, 10 Despatch Rider Section, Motorcycle Rider Display Team (MCRDT) “Dare Devils”, Corps of Signals created a World Record, max tubelights (500) in single ramp assisted jump on a Royal Enfield 350CC Motor Cycle.
World record made by the Dare Devils has been attempted and completed as per stipulations of Limca Book of World Records, Asia and India Book of Records Best of India Book of Records and would be proposed to be published in the next edition of respective books. Achievement of this unique feat is a proud moment for Indian Army and the Corps of Signals. The Dare Devils of Corps of Signals holds 33 World Records to its credit and this feat by ‘Dare Devils’.
