Max Healthcare Institute Ltd, one of India’s largest private healthcare provider, on Friday announced the successful acquisition of Alexis Multi Speciality Hospital. Following the successful acquisition of Alexis Hospital, it will now be called Max Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur.
Max Healthcare has acquired Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited for an enterprise value of Rs 412 crore. This acquisition aligns with Max Healthcare’s mission to provide best-in-class clinical care to patients in Western and Central India.
The acquisition will bring about operational synergies, enhance efficiencies in healthcare delivery. Max Healthcare is dedicated to ensuring continuity of care and a smooth integration process, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Commenting on the acquisition in a press conference held here, Abhay Soi, Chairman and Managing Director, Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., said, “We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Alexis Hospital.
