The Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) HRD Forum and NIPM Nagpur Chapter jointly conducted a session on “Business Excellence Japanese HR Way” recently at VIA, Civil Lines in the city. On the occasion Expert Speaker, Dr Dinesh Khisti, Operations, HR & QMS Management Expert from Nashik, said Japanese strongly believe that the employees are the heart of their business. They focused on vibrant employees who can participate in every initiative of growth of the organizations. He said Japan has developed their own way of consistently developing business with many tools and techniques for more 100 years. Japanese companies always timely deliver the highest quality goods and services at the most competitive cost worldwide.

 

Earlier, Saurabh Singh welcomed the speaker. Bhupendra Shahane, Chairman of NIPM Nagpur Chapter gave the welcome address. Dr Suresh Pandilwar, Co-Chairman of VIA HRD Forum summed up the session and proposed a vote of thanks. Neelam Bowade, Convener of HRD Forum conducted the proceedings. Dr Anita Rao, Joint Secretary of VIA, representatives from R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes, Lupin Ltd, M&M, Lloyds Metals, CIIMS Hospital, Manas Agro, ZIM Lab, ELkem South Asia, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and others attended the session.
