Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on completion of three years of former Chief Minister’s resolution of plantation participated in the programme organised at Ravindra Bhawan on Tuesday. Several environmentalists and public representatives also attended the programme. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav greeted all for organising ‘Paryavaran Sammelan’ and welcomed environmentalists and public representatives in the State capital. Dr Yadav said that Shivraj Singh Chouhan has connected several people with the work of plantation of a sapling every day. He said that the work of plantation has inspired us all. He said that efforts will be made to determine different places for plantation programme of local bodies in Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr Yadav also said that directives will be issued for the purpose and places for plantation of saplings will be approved by Town and Country Planning.
 
The Chief Minister further said that places for plantation of saplings will be secured even in rural body areas and if anyone wants to plant saplings on birthday or any such occasion then saplings will be provided to the citizens. He also gave a message about promotion of solar energy and citizens will be given cooperation for establishment of solar panel. Sanchi Solar city is known for its solar panels. He said that the work of establishment of solar panel will be expanded up to other towns and villages. PM Modi’s contribution for unity and integrity is unmatched: CM Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative and contribution for unity and integrity of the country will be remembered forever.
 
Dr Yadav also said that there was instablity in Jammu and Kashmir post independence but Prime Minister Modi gave a message of peace and not only presented gift of train but also established Jammu and Kashmir as premier state from higher education to all the sectors. Gift of Rs 400 crore for Madhya Pradesh: Chief Minister Dr Yadav said that the three universities including, Barkatullah University, Bhopal, Vikram University, Ujjain and Jiwaji University, Gwalior, have been provided Rs 100 crore each whereas other universities have been given Rs 100 crore in Madhya Pradesh. He said that Higher Education Department has been allotted such amount for new innovation, research and infrastructure etc. Chief Minister also extended gratitude towards Prime Minister Modi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
