MPBSE XII exam begins amid tight security

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) Higher Secondary examination began on Tuesday with Hindi paper amid tight security. On first day, students were searched strictly to check any cheating material. An iron box was also placed at all centres where students were asked to surrender their chit or any unfair means stuff. The board has also tightened the security of question paper and circulating it under strict supervision of police team. There are 7,48,238 including 3,61,360 girls and 3,86,878 boys appearing in the exam. All students were asked to appear the centre at least an hour earlier. There are 302 sensitive and 309 super sensitive centres. In State capital Bhopal there are 103 centres, including 20 super sensitive and 6 sensitive.
 
MPBSE has appealed students resolve their queries and doubt on toll free helpline number and do not trust any false promises made by unidentified number or social media sites. Class XII exam will be concluding on March 5 with Urdu and Marathi paper. Exam time is scheduled from 9 am to 12 noon. Besides, class X exam is also continued parallel to the class XII. The toll-free no is available from 8 am to 8 pm where students as well as their parents can talk to the counsellors. The board has assigned 18 counsellors to receive the calls of students.
 
On February 8, class XII examinees will be appearing for English and on February 10, students will be writing drawing, design, physics and economic exam. On February 12, animal husbandry, milk trade, poultry farming and fisher, element of Indian Art, on February 13, Psychology, on February 15, biotechnology, on February 16, Biology, on February 17 informatics practice, on February 20, Sanskrit, chemistry, business studies, on February 21, business studies, elements of science, math useful for agriculture, sociology on February 23 and Mathematics exam is scheduled for February 27.
