State PWD Minister Rakesh Singh performed bhoomipujan for development works worth crores at various places in the West Legislative Assembly, Saturday. These works include construction of community buildings, stages, CC roads, drains and sheds. Addressing the gatherings on these occasions, Singh expressed his commitment to fulfilling all the development needs of West Legislative Assembly area. He assured that the promises made to the public during assembly elections would be kept and added initiatives for overall development in the area would be made. Singh said his priority will be the delivery of government schemes for the benefit of every needy person in the area.

 

The State PWD Minister stressed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has charted a distinct course for politics in the country by placing development at its core. He highlighted the government’s dedication to public welfare, exemplified through initiatives such as Ayushman Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Ujjwala Yojana under the leadership of PM Modi at the central level and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at the state level. Singh performed bhoomipujan for development works amounting to Rs 2.82 crore in Chhui Khadan, announced a stage construction work worth Rs 2 lakh in Ganga Nagar and initiated construction work cost Rs 70 lakh.

 

Similarly, in Gautam ji Ki Madia, development work worth Rs 25 lakh, in Purwa with Rs 1.3 crore and in Narsingh Ward with Rs 78 lakh were commenced. He also performed bhoomipujan for development works in Gupteshwar Ward worth Rs 3.1 crore, Giriraj Kishore Kapoor ward Rs 71.6 lakh and in Gulab Singh Ward over Rs 1 crore. Development works in Madan Mahal Ward, Babu Paranjape Ward and Gwarighat Ward were also initiated. On the occasion the State Minister also announced that camps will be organized on March 14 and 15 for the issuance of leases. He directed concerned officials to expedite the process. Singh affirmed that addressing the area’s issues promptly would transform the West Legislative Assembly into an ideal legislative assembly.
