Union Minister for Home Affairs and Co-operation Amit Shah virtually inaugurated residential quarters for National Investigation Agency (NIA) at Sector-30, Nava Raipur in Atal Nagar on Thursday. Total plot area of the residential campus is two acres. Total built-up area is 552.08 square metre. Amit Shah also inaugurated the newly-constructed building at Kochi and Jammu. The Union Home Minister launched NCRB mobile app ‘Sankalan’ during the function.
 
Lighting, air conditioning, fire safety provisions, sub-station, water tank, rain-water harvesting and other basic amenities are available in the residential campus, Nava Raipur. Community centre, Type II quarters (18), Type III quarters (22), Type IV quarters (8) and Type V quarter (1) have been constructed in the residential campus. DIG of NIA Raipur Shailendra Mishra, Superintendent of Police NIA Raipur Sandip Gopal Das and other NIA officials and employees were present.
