NAGPUR District Powerlifting Association is going to organise district-level powerlifting and bench press competition on May 4 and 5. The two-day competition will be held in Sadar. The competition will be held in sub-junior, junior, senior, master, youth, women and men categories. The winners of this competition will be honoured with the title of Strong Man of Nagpur and Strong Woman of Nagpur 2024. Team for state-level powerlifting and bench press tournament will also will be selected in these two days. The State championship, which will be organised by Maharashtra State Powerlifting Association, will take place at Dhule later this year, informs a press release issued by Secretary Subhash Kamdi and Vice-President Santosh Narasekar.
