“BJP has adopted different laws for privileged class thus making poor suffer. Madhya Pradesh ranks first in the cases of rape and violence against women. The incident of Jobat reminds the State of Nirbhaya tragedy,” said Mukesh Nayak, President, Media Cell of Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee in State capital on Sunday. He slammed the BJP Government in a press conference. Former MLA Kunal Choudhary and Omkar Markar were also present with him. Condemning the action, he said that the incident is shameful. This incident reflects the plight of law and order in the State.
 
He emphasised that the BJP has always worked for attacking the dignity of women. The party came up with the toilet scheme but till now the females are forced to defecate in public. The whole glamour is on papers only. He also referred to a incident from Alirajpur where a minor was gang raped by her family members and alleged that those criminals included the cadres of the saffron party., MLA of the party Omkar Markam mentioned that the BJP is indulge in corrupt practices. The party has tried every way to oppress the tribals whether in Sidhi, Nemuch, Jhabua and other parts of the State. Former MLA Kunal Choudhary also said that the incident has unveiled the bad governance in the state. All the BJP workers are double faceted. They have created an environment of fear among the people of the State.
