The Bilala caste certificate has been made from Naib Tehsildar, Seoni Malwa. Whereas the Naib Tehsildar does not have the right to issue caste certificate. The caste is mentioned in the list of scheduled castes issued by the state government on 6 December, 2016 in serial number-14.
