DEPUTY Charity Commissioner Office-appointed Administrator of Vidarbha Hockey Association (VHA) Triloki Nath Sidhra has convened an extraordinary meeting of VHA members and affiliated units at association’s office, off Amravati Road on Saturday at 11.30 am. A notice in this regard has been issued on May 1, a copy of which is in possession of ‘The Hitavada’. As per the agenda of the meeting, the members will be appraised about the discssion between VHA and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Services, Government of India regarding its legality.

The members will also be asked to authorise Administrator Sidhra to “take necessary action for the promotion, conduct and development of VHA.” The members will also be asked to permit Sidhra to appoint a committee to ammend the constitution of VHA and to “include necessary governance reforms as per Hon’ble Delhi High Court Judgement in WP (C) 5783/2020 and national sports development code of India 2011.”
