SKY Alloys and Power Limited marked International Yoga Day by organising a Yoga Camp at the Government School prem- ises in Temtema. The event, held on a vibrant Friday morn- ing, saw enthusiastic partici- pation from over 100 individ- uals hailing from Kharsia, Temtema, Sendripali, and Kanmura villages.
The camp attracted a diverse group, including students and villagers, all eager to engage in the practice of yoga. Under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors, participants were introduced to various forms of yoga, ranging from basic asanas to advanced techniques aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being.
The initiative by Sky Alloys and Power Limited wasnot just about performing yoga; it was about embracing a holistic approach to health. Through the camp, the company aimed to spread the message of main- taining a healthy mind, body, and soul.
