Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has declared its final result for 2021 exam on late Thursday evening. PSC 2021 top ten list includes 7 girls and three boys. There are 24 Deputy Collector, 13 DSP and 243 other posts including District Registrar Assistant Director, Commercial Tax Officer, Labour Officer, Chief Municipality Officer, Additional Assistant Development Commissioner, Nayab Tehsildar, Assistant Labour Officer have been selected. Besides, MPPSC mains 2022 results have been declared on June 7. A total of 1,286 candidates have been selected for the final interview. Interview date for MPPSC 2022 will be declared by commission in a separate notification. Mains exam for 2022 was held in January 2024. Amit Kumar Soni from Bhopal has secured second position in MPPSC 2021 final result. He has scored 921.25 marks out of 1,275. Anushree Varshney has secured her position as DSP and she has also made space in the waiting list of Deputy Collector. Ritu Chaurasiya has secured her position for Deputy Collector in her third attempt.

Talking to ‘The Hitavada’, Amit Kumar Soni said that he has appeared for MPPSC for the third time. He is already appointed as Deputy Collector in Guna. He said, “I have cracked the PSC in all three attempts but in first attempt in year 2019, I was selected for Deputy Collector’s post, in the year 2020, I was selected for Nayab Tehsildar’s post and in the year 2021, I have been shortlisted for Deputy Collector’s post.” He further said that as MPPSC 2019 result got delayed due to court case, he is appearing for the exam continuously. He added, “Currently I am focusing on UPSC. One should be confident towards the preparation and goal. Never lose your confidence with failure while get motivation to achieve your dream with hard work.” Amit Soni’s father is also a Government employee and his mother is home maker.

Talking about depression, Amit Soni said, “Depression is very thing especially after failure. I have prepared for the exam being on Government duty. During exams I did not get leave but I prepared my syllabus with balance in work duty and personal time. Yoga, exercise, good books and entertainment keep you free from depression.” Anushree Varshney from Saket Nagar, Bhopal, is selected for position of DSP and she is also eligible for the waiting list of Deputy Collector. She secured 890 marks. She said, “To get success, we should decide our goal first and come out of comfort zone. Financial independence is need of the hour so we should work hard to get the same. I have always followed a pattern of studies and completed each chapter in circulation motion. Sometimes I study for one hour while sometime I study for eight hour. There is not fixed time while it depends on chapter that I have to cover. “She further informed that her father is a coloniser and mother is housewife.
 
 
Ritu Chaurasiya from Bhopal secured her place for the post of Deputy Collector in MPPSC 2021. This was her third attempt. Earlier, she appeared for the interview in PSC 2019 but she was not selected. She also appeared for PSC 2022 and 2023 mains but result is awaited. “I read all the books according to syllabus. I was also working on my weak point and kept on progressing towards success with positive mindset. My father is also ex-Government employee and mother is house wife. Brother is a Government employee and my elder sister is working as officer for Child Development Project.” She further informed that she has pursued MSc in Zoology and she was meritorious student of university. “When I was not selected in 2019 interview, I was literally depressed and then my family supported me to come out of the comfortable zone. My family motivated me to work harder and I did the same,” added Ritu. She has scored 905.50 marks out of 1,575.
