During the meeting, members of Maharashtra RajyaVyapari Kruti Samiti raisedissues like GST issues pertaining to retrospective levy of thetax on transfer of leaseholdproperty, interpretation andimplementation of Sections16(2) and 16(2)(C), etc. Fadnavis acknowledged theurgency and directed to formof a Joint Committee to addressthe issues.
