Hirde and Sheikhshine in armwrestling contest

 

TO COMMEMORATE theNational Sports Day, AnjumanCollege of Engineering &Technology, Sadar conductedan arm wrestling tournament. Omkar Hirde, RudrapratapSingh and Sayam Khan pickedgold, silver and bronze medalsin the boys group while in girlssection, Quadirunnisa Sheikh,Aishwarya and Sana Sheikhwere the top three in that order.As many as 110 boys and girlsparticipated with zeal andenthusiasm. The event was conducted byDr Zakir Khan Dy Director ofPhysical Education and NSSProgramme Officer. Dr KS Zakiuddin, Principalcongratulated the winners aswell as the participants. The programme was conducted by Bushra Sameenwhile Dr Khan proposed a voteof thanks.
