SBL Energy Limited, one of the largest mining and industrial explosives manufacturers in India,hasinauguratedits trinitrotoluene (TNT) manufacturing plant. The TNT plant is set up at the company’s 225 acre manufacturing facility at Yenvera,Katol Road in Nagpur. The state-of-the-artTNTplant comes with 3,000 tonne per annum capacity. Itisanexportonly plant that will help SBL Energy to triple its exports to markets such as Australia, Europe and the US. This was revealed by Alok Choudhari,CEOof SBLEnergy while speaking at a press conference held here. Dr Ajay Kumar, Former Indian Defence Secretary, Government of India inaugurated the TNT plant on September 3, 2024. Divyansh Choudhari, President and Shailendra Pathak, President of the Defence Vertical were also present.
