On the occasion of National Youth Day, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav shared an inspiring message with the people of Madhya Pradesh, stating that the State’s 15 million young people will play a pivotal role in accelerating industrial development. He expressed confidence that the upcoming Regional Industry Conclave would serve as a catalyst for the youth to propel the State’s progress.
In his address, CM Yadav emphasised that Madhya Pradesh is not only the most youthful state in India but also one of the youngest in the world.
“Under the ‘Youth Power Mission,’ our goal is to provide employment opportunities based on the capabilities, qualifications, and skills of our youth in fields like IT and other professional sectors right here in the State,” he said.
Looking ahead, CM Yadav highlighted the upcoming 7th Regional Industry Conclave, scheduled for January 16, which is expected to attract investments worth over Rs 4 lakh crore, creating three lakh new job opportunities.
He assured that this initiative would further boost industrial growth while focusing on enhancing the participation of women in the workforce. “We are committed to ensuring that both men and women benefit from the ‘Youth Power Mission,” he added. As a part of the mission’s first steps, the State Government will transfer the January month’s financial
assistance to the accounts of the Ladli sisters.
In preparation for the conclave, all departments will deliver presentations on industry-specific opportunities aimed at encouraging investment. CM Yadav concluded by reiterating the need for the state’s youth to work hand-in-hand with the nation’s growing potential under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, advancing both Madhya Pradesh and India as a whole. The Chief Minister’s message reflects the State’s vision to harness the energy and skills of its young population for a prosperous and industrially robust future.
