Mrudula, Ishwari clinch golds

 

 

Nikam and Ishwari Sagole won gold medals in the Inter-School Chakrasan Race organised by Chakrasan Sports Association Nagpur at Maratha Seva Sangh, Bhau Saheb Surve Nagar Trimurti Nagar. Both Mrudula and Ishwari won the tittles in the girls Under 8-10m event. As many as 120 competitors from 12 schools and clubs participated in this competition. Other gold winners include: Tanvi Ladi, Kavya Deshmukh, Abhudita Marvade, Anaya Sagole, Rashi Sakharkar and Chirayu Edapachi. In this race, there was a competition of 10 metres in the age group below 8 years, 15 meters in the age group below 11 years and 20 meters in the girls/boys age group below 14 years. At the outset, Dilip Khodke and Nishant Narnavre inaugurated the race.

 

 

CSA President Gajanan Ladi presided over. Harmandeep Singh Anand, Premlata Ladi, Ashok Kashti, Vilas Suryavanshi, Amol Hadke were among those present on the occasion. The program was conducted by Pragati Panchdhane while Raj Panchdhane proposed a vote of thanks. The chief umpires of the tournament were Vilas Suryavanshi, Hiralal Sonule, Rajdeep Gajbhiye and Mahendra Wahane.
