To ensure that citizens can benefit from Government schemes without hassle and within a timely manner, the public service delivery processes must be simplified. Departments must achieve the set targets for various government schemes within the stipulated time frame. Officials should maintain continuous co-ordination with public representatives to ensure the effective implementation of government schemes and programs, resolving citizen applications promptly and effectively.

These directives were issued by Additional Chief Secretary and Bhopal Division In-charge Secretary, Mohammad Suleman during the divisional review meeting held on Friday at the Bhopal Divisional Commissioner’s office. The meeting was attended by Mayor Malti Rai, Raisen District Panchayat President Yashwant Meena, MLAs Vishnu Khatri, Prabhuram Choudhary, Hajari Lal Dangi, Gopal Singh Engineer, Hari Singh Sapre, Suryaprakash, Bhopal Division Commissioner Sanjeev Singh, collectors from all districts of the division, chief executive officers of district panchayats, and other officials. Suleman emphasised prioritising the demands raised by public representatives for regional development. He directed the Bhopal Municipal Corporation to promote tourism activities at water bodies and instructed the completion of projects like the relocation of the agricultural market in Vidisha, the development of the Amadpur state highway, construction of sub-health center buildings in Khilchipur, and projects like veterinary training courses, cultural auditorium construction, and ropeway construction in Raisen.
