Ramdeobaba University (RBU) announced the launch of its exclusive two-week Transdisciplinary Immersion Programme, in partnership with Hiroshima University, Japan. Running from January 29 to February 11, 2025, this distinguished initiative, made possible through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two esteemed institutions, offers an unparalleled opportunity for RBU’s third-year students to immerse themselves in state-of-the-art technological advancements, cultural insights, and global innovation.
 
The programme brings together 21 exceptional students from a variety of departments, including Computer Science and Engineering, AIML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics and Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. They will be accompanied by Dr. Meghana A. Hasamnis, Dean of National and International Relations, and Dr. Mridula Korde, Associate Dean of National and International Relations. Designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, the program enables students to engage with the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and advanced engineering technologies, while also providing a deeper understanding of global perspectives. Through this initiative, RBU furthers its commitment to international exposure and capacity building, fostering a transformative educational experience for both students and faculty. The programme also offers a series of meticulously crafted technical sessions designed to expand students' knowledge and expertise in the fields of AI and robotics.
