The entire Bilaspur city came alive with the tunes of Raas Garba as Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia joined the celebrations on the last day of Ras Dandiya, organised by the Foundation Cricket Academy here last night. Following the event, the organising committee announced a contribution of Rs 1.50 lakh to aid flood victims in Punjab. On the occasion of Shardeeya Navaratri, Neha Dhupia extended her greetings to the crowd and expressed delight at seeing people enthusiastically participate in garba at the Foundation Cricket Academy Sports Ground. She also lauded Prince Bhatia for organising such a grand event during Navaratri.
 
Earlier in the day, upon her arrival in Bilaspur, Neha Dhupia visited the Mahamaya Temple at Ratanpur with members of the organising committee and offered prayers to the divine mother. At the conclusion of the programme, Prince Bhatia thanked the participants who joined Ras Dandiya over three days and acknowledged the Police and district administration for their cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful event. He also handed over a cheque of Rs 1.50 lakh to the district administration for the flood-affected families of Punjab. Dignitaries present included Union Minister Tokhan Sahu, MLAs Dharamjeet Singh and Shushant Shukla, Mayor Pooja Vidhani, Zila Panchayat Chairman Arun Singh Chauhan, Director of Feel Group Praveen Jha, BJP senior leader V Rama Rao, senior Congress leader Arjun Tiwari, along with a large number of enthusiastic attendees.
