Regional PF Commissioner, Sehrawat has requested the Provident Fund members, pensioners and employers to present their problems at the nearest camp instead of coming to Jabalpur office.
Chetan Yadav, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Sagar was present as Zonal Supervisor in the ‘Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0’ and ‘Suvidha Samagam’ camp organised in the meeting hall of Employees State Insurance Corporation and the auditorium of Regional Office, Jabalpur. Simultaneously, camps were also organised in other 18 districts falling under the administrative jurisdiction of Regional Office, Jabalpur. A total of 15 complaints were received in the camps organised in Jabalpur which were properly resolved.
Chetan Yadav, Regional Supervisor, closely observed the organisation of ‘Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0’ by the Regional Office, Jabalpur and its impact.
He listened to the complaints of the Provident Fund members and pensioners present in the camp and provided necessary guidance regarding the settlement of all complaints, as well as provided necessary guidance to the officers present regarding the settlement of complaints. He appealed that the complaints received from other offices of the Employees Provident Fund Organization be registered and sent to the concerned office for appropriate action.
Rakesh Saharawat, Regional Commissioner, stated that during the camps held in various districts, complaints were resolved and PPOs were also distributed under the "Prayas" scheme.
He further stated that a total of 103 complaints were resolved during the "Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0" camp.
To ensure the successful conduct of the camps, a nodal team was formed that remained in contact with all the teams and, from time to time, provided guidance to the field teams and provided necessary information regarding the resolution of complaints.
In the camp organized at the Regional Office, Jabalpur, some complaints were received regarding non-approval of joint application by the employers or non-digitally approval and forwarding of online joint application for correction in the UAN profile of the member by the employer, which was taken seriously and orders were given to the authorized officer to immediately issue a show cause notice to the employer of the institute.

He assured all the complainants that the Provident Fund office will make every possible effort to resolve their complaints. Suresh Kumar Thakur, Assistant Commissioner, Sandeep Mishra, Assistant Commissioner and Dhirendra Naidu, Assistant Director (Rabha) and Satyendra Sharma, an officer of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation were present in the camp organized in the office.
