WCL recently conducted a function to celebrate the Golden Jubilee Year of Coal India Limited (CIL) and WCL with an inspirational lecture by Jaya Kishori at Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium, Reshimbagh. The chief guest at the event was P M Prasad, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Coal India Limited. WCL CMD J P Dwivedi was present as the special guest.

 

Abha Dwivedi, President of Jhankar Mahila Mandal, was also present. P M Prasad in his address said, “The coal industry is the backbone of the nation’s economy and Coal India, in its 50-year journey, has been at the forefront in ensuring the country’s energy security”. J P Dwivedi said, “This golden jubilee year of Coal India is not just a celebration of achievements, but an opportunity to chart a future course with renewed energy”. Famous spiritual speaker Jaya Kishori shared her thoughts on the importance of positivity.
