Bhavan’s Ashti girls selected for State sepak takraw meet

 

THE students of Bhavan’s Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir, Ashti once again brought laurels to the school with their outstanding performance in the Division-Level Sepak Takraw Tournament held at Wardha last week. The Under-17 girls team, comprising Adwika Kale, Devashree Machhirke, Mishka Tayde, Anushka Bele and Hansika Nanotkar displayed remarkable co-ordination, agility and team spirit to secure their selection for the State Level Sepak Takraw Tournament to be held at Latur. Earlier, the team had emerged winners at the District Sports Office (DSO) Tournament held in September, earning their place at the division-level.

 

Their continued success is a reflection of their hard work and determination. The team was guided and trained under the dedicated mentorship of Sports Teacher Prashant Hadke whose constant motivation and strategic guidance played a crucial role in their achievement. Principal Vandana Bisen congratulated the students on their splendid success and appreciated the efforts of sports teacher in nurturing their sporting skills. She encouraged the young athletes to continue balancing academics and sports with equal dedication and zeal.
