In preparation for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Shri Sathya Sai Sanjivani Hospital on the occasion of Rajyotsav 2025, Chhattisgarh Government has appointed seven nodal officers to ensure efficient management of Rajyotsav 2025 and the Prime Minister’s visit. ACS Manoj Pingua has been designated as the Chief Nodal Officer for all State Festival-related programs and the Prime Minister’s visit. Rajesh Singh Rana,
 
IAS, has been appointed as the nodal officer for the program at Shri Sathya Sai Sanjivani Hospital. Since his appointment, Rana has maintained close coordination with officials and hospital management to ensure a well-structured and successful event.
 
On October 24, 2025, he conducted a detailed inspection of the hospital premises and instructed officers to complete all preparations within the stipulated timeframe. Rajyotsav 2025 is expected to be a historic and high-profile celebration. For the first time since the formation of Chhattisgarh, both the Honorable Prime Minister and the Vice President will attend the State Festival.
 
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Raipur on the evening of October 31 and will stay until November 1, attending five separate events at different venues. Vice President Radhakrishnan will be the chief guest at the closing and investiture ceremonies on November 5.
