NADP to hold ‘HR Nexus 2025’ on November 1

 

 

BUILDING upon the resounding success of HR Nexus 2024, the National Academy of Defence Production (NADP) is all set to host HR Nexus 2025 on November 1, 2025 at its Nagpur campus. Themed “Redefining Talent Pipeline—AI, Skills and Human Touch in the Future Workplace”, this year’s conference promises to take the dialogue on the future of work to the next level with the help of ISTD, VMA, VIA, RBU, and with IIM Indore as Knowledge Partner. HR Nexus, conceptualised by NADP as a flagship national HR conclave, has rapidly evolved into a powerful platform uniting industry leaders, HR strategists, and policy thinkers to shape India’s talent landscape.

 

The 2025 edition will spotlight how trust, technology, and talent can converge to drive a future-ready workforce for Viksit Bharat. The initiative follows the stellar success of HR Nexus 2024, conducted in collaboration with the National HRD Network (NHRD), which emerged as central India’s largest HR conclave. The event drew participation from leading HR professionals, business heads, and academic thought leaders across India, receiving wide media acclaim and extensive coverage in national and regional platforms. The event is supported by YIL and MLRITM, features discussion tracks such as “HR Nexus 2024: Pioneering the Future of HR in Central India”, “Curtain Raiser: Bridging the Future and Building the New Bharat”, and “NADP Conducts HR Nexus 2024” underscored its growing stature as a forum for national HR innovation.
