Vidarbha Gaurav Pratishthan will felicitate Deputy Editor of ‘The Hitavada’ Aasawari Shenolikar and Editor of ‘Mulanche Masik’ Jayant Modak in a grand programme to be held on November 14, at 5 pm at Shrimant Baburao Dhanwate Sabhagruh, Shankar Nagar. Shenolikar, through ‘The Hitavada’ Twinkle Star magazine, has been instilling good values in children studying in English medium. Similarly, Modak family, which is publishing Mulanche Masik for the last 99 years, is trying to develop reading habit among children. The organisers, with a clear thought, decided to hold the ceremony on November 14, Balak Din (Children’s Day). President of 90th Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan Dr Akshaykumar Kale will be the chief guest, while noted gynaecologist and social worker Dr Anuradha Ridhorkar will preside over the function.
