PM Shri Purva Buniyadi Prathamik Vidyalaya, Khamardih, was selected by Government of India from Chhattisgarh for inspection of the institution in Raipur. As part of this process, a team from the central government visited the school today.
The team included Secretary Shri Praveen Kumar Sachan from Delhi, Regional Officer Shri D R Meena from Rajasthan, and Consultant Shri Pramod Singh Negi.
The state team was represented by District Education Officer Himanshu Bharti, DMC Arun Sharma, PM Shri Samagra’s Ashish Gautam and Principal of the Deepak Dubey.
The guests were warmly welcomed by the schoolchildren with presentation of bouquets and welcome song by students. Inspection team reviewed all school records and interacted with students from different classes to understand their academic level.
The team also inspected various facilities in the school, including the playroom, Muskan Library, TLM Corner, music room, meditation room, yoga room, ICT room, toilets, green school campus, kitchen and the midday meal arrangements. After the inspection, the team appreciated efforts of the school and described it as an exemplary initiative. Headmistress of the school Damayanti Verma honoured the team with mementos.
