The official said in addition to main revenue from strong mail services and basic parcel facility, the department is opting for new ways to rise revenue and it is expected there will be 50 % hike within a year.
With innovative strategies and identifing new streams, the department has strengthen our services as per the market
dynamics. GPM, Mathur emphasised that MP Post continue to evolve as a competitive player in logistics for indiviusals with small consignments and for MSME also in addition to its core activities and financial services. The services has been implemented some around one and half year ago and within a year there will be hike of 20% revenue to the Postal Department.
It has tie up with the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, this collaboration is benefiting benefit MSMEs, clusters, start-ups, industrial co-operatives, and sellers across the State. With a vast network of State’s post offices especially in rural areas by providing bulk but small amount of parcels as compare to large industrial units at very affordable rates and timely logistic services.
State’s postal services also ensures national and international reach, providing doorstep parcel pickup and secure packaging to maintain product integrity and facilitate seamless logistics.
