Goons unleash FURY on a busy street, man beaten unconscious over an old case dispute
Staff Reporter :
SERIOUS questions have once
again been raised over the law
and order situation in the State
capital. On Sunday night, goons
brazenly beat a man unconscious
with sticks, rods and belts on a
major road in the city’s busiest
Habibganj Police Station area.
The entire incident occurred
right in front of the Durga Petrol
Pump, where vehicles and
people were constantly passing.
Shockingly, bystanders focused
on mobile video recording the
brutal assault instead of assist
ing the severely injured victim.
According to information from
the police, the victim has been
identified as Rinku Singh
Bhadauria (38), a resident of Rishi
Nagar, Char Imli, who works for
a private company. Rinku regis
tered a report at the Habibganj
police station stating that around
8:30 pm, he was standing with
his friend Rahul Barkhare near
Wine Shop No. 5. A dispute erupt
ed over the settlement of an old
case with the accused, Ajay
Londe.
A short while later, as Rinku
was returning from Hawker
Corner No. 6 after getting a par
cel, he was stopped near Wine
Shop No. 5 by Rahul Thakur alias
Baccha, Sumit Khare, and Devraj
Nahar. On the instruction of Ajay
Londe, Sumit Khare allegedly
attacked Rinku from behind,
striking him on the head with a
stick with the intention of killing
him. Beating Continued Until
Victim Collapsed:As Rinku Singh
stopped his vehicle, Rahul
Baccha and Devraj Nahar also
attacked Rinku and his friend
Rahul with sticks and belts.
Meanwhile, Lakhan Rathore and
Rohit Vishwakarma rushed to
the scene; Lakhan struck him
with a belt while Rohit
Vishwakarma assaulted him
with hands and fists.
Rinku
Singh suffered serious injuries
to his head, left arm, and back
during the collective assault,
collapsing to the ground and
bleeding profusely. The
bystanders simply watched
the spectacle and recorded
videos instead of helping the
victim.
Later, some local residents
gathered the courage to res
cue him and rushed him to
the hospital, where his con
dition remains serious. Swift
police action, all six accused
arrested: Upon receiving the
information, the Habibganj
Station In-charge, under the
direction of senior officers,
reached the spot with his
team.

crime scene was analysed, and

tioned. Based on the footage
and evidence, all six accused,
